Hi @Mardi8,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thanks for reaching out! I understand you've recently changed your Wi-Fi router, and your HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer is no longer connected; you'll need to reconnect it to the new network.
Here’s how to do it:
- Download or open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer:
👉 HP Smart App Download: HP Smart - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store
- Reset the printer’s network settings:
- On the printer, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds until the Power light blinks.
- This resets the network settings and puts the printer in Wi-Fi setup mode.
- Add the printer in HP Smart:
- Open the HP Smart app.
- Click “+” to add a new printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
