Hi @PJRO,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To reset the Wi-Fi settings on your HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer and connect it to your new Wi-Fi network, follow these steps.
Reset Network Settings:
- Turn on the Printer: Ensure the printer is powered on.
- Access the Printer's Control Panel: On the printer's control panel, locate the Wireless icon or Wi-Fi symbol and touch it.
- Go to Settings: Navigate to the Settings or Setup menu (usually represented by a gear icon).
- Reset Network Settings: Look for an option like Network Settings or Restore Network Defaults and select it to reset the Wi-Fi settings. This will erase the current network settings and allow you to set up a new connection.
Reconnect to the New Wi-Fi Network:
- Open Wireless Setup: After resetting the network settings, go back to the Wireless or Wi-Fi menu on the printer's control panel.
- Select Wireless Setup Wizard: Choose the Wireless Setup Wizard option. The printer will search for available networks.
- Select Your Network: When your new Wi-Fi network appears in the list, select it.
- Enter the Password: Enter the new Wi-Fi password. Be sure to enter it correctly, as it is case-sensitive.
Install or Update Printer Software:
- Download HP Smart: On your computer or mobile device, download and install the HP Smart app if you haven’t already.
- Add the Printer: Open the HP Smart app, and follow the instructions to add the printer to your network. The app will guide you through the setup process.
Confirm Connection:
- Once the printer is connected to the new Wi-Fi network, print a network configuration page or a test page to confirm that the connection is working.
If you encounter any issues during these steps, try restarting both your router and printer, and then repeat the setup process.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
