I purchased this printer 2 years ago and it has only worked twice. There is a flashing i and when I run a diagnostic. it comes out as perfect. However I cannot print off anything else. I called HP customer support and was told they couldn't fined the product in question. Even with the serial number and product number. They couldn't help me. Can You/

Welcome to the HP support community.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware
