HP LaserJet Pro M203dw Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi Folks,

Product is a LaserJet M203dw running on Windows 11. I recently changed ISPs and now it refuses to print wired or wirelessly. I have uninstalled and re-installed numerous times trying wireless, ethernet and USB - none seem to work. The printer shows up as DIRECT-a5-HP M203 LaserJet in my wi-fi settings.

At standstill with this thing. Any ideas on next steps would be most appreciated!

Thanks

Hi Repairtrooper - apologies for the delayed response, I never got an email telling me about your post.

The links you supplied were helpful - I ultimately ended up in Control Panel which showed I had the printer installed twice - it appears with a vanilla PS driver and  then another with the UPD PS driver. Deleting the vanilla installation resolved the problem turning an expensive brick back into a functional printer  🙂

Thank You - I appreciate the help!
