Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

I have an officejet 3830 all-in-one printer and it will not stop printing even after hitting the cancel button. Have also tried shutting the printer off for a while and turning it back on to "reset" it but it does not work. It still wants to keep on printing. I have to take the paper out and it still tries to print. HELP!
