There is much to be learned by trying what has been offered -
sometimes what is learned is that it's still broken.
I have perhaps missed something OR the printer and / or network is not working as you expect.
Reminder: Printer might not like a Mesh Network configuration.
I'm sending your concern to our Moderator team.

Oh I'm sorry if I wasn't clear everything you offered I tried as you offered them, I did everything you post the only thing that has changed, is when I turned off Wi-Fi direct the printer finally said internet: connected.
Another thing I noticed is when I print out internet configuration, it says HP Eprint : not applicable.
It seems to me to be a problem now with the HP server and printer because I can do everything else, wifi print wifi scan I can print from hp app from all different devices.
Just can't get the HP ink program or email.
Out the two the Email is the thing I need, I normally print my receipts via email for my customers.
Do you know where the wifi card is located on the printer trying take look at it see if it's damaged.

I figured out the issue after talking to some people on Reddit.
When I log into my printer info on the web it says serial number 00000000010
And on my printer screen it says the same thing. On the back of my printer my serial number begins with a t some reason the printer is giving this fake serial number so when it tries to connect to HP it can't due to it being too many values in the serial number.
So do you have any info on this, I did a reset multiple times online and the serial number still don't match the sticker.
Is their away to manually type in serial number online on my IP browser page for printer to set it

I DID IT! I SOLVED IT!
Ok so the problem was when I did s factory reset or whatever happened it made my serial number too long for this model number. So it would automatically not even try to connect
I know earlier I mention this but I was on Reddit someone who use work for hp told me this is a known problem with this model, due to it being the last model with Eprint in this series. After power surges or anything it set the serial numbers to 00010.
You have to manually change the serial number in engineering mode to the one on the back. I don't want cause no trouble so I won't tell you the procedure unless allowed.
But after changing serial number it connected automatically, and I now have email and ink services back baby!
So for the future I would suggest if someone having problems connecting verify the serial number on printer matches the one on the printer screen. It'll save you guys a lot of time.
I want to thdnks you dragon for giving me all the information you could. Most people would have been stop responding. Your suggestion triggered my brain and help solve this mystery.

Excellent.
True - the solution was beyond our means to offer help - we (not-HP people) are prohibited from offering solutions in the maintenance menus that might result in harm. Yes, the information is generally "out there". We adhere to our policies without judging what people do in any situation.
Thanks for posting the solution -- the lack of detail does not matter as much as the fact that the issue is resolved.
All good and you've learned something, too.
Smiling.
