I understand you are facing an issue with your HP ENVY Inspire 7900e printer is showing as turned off and won't print, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Check Power and Connections:
- Ensure the printer is powered on and all cables are securely connected. If it’s a wireless printer, make sure it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your laptop.
Set the Printer as Default:
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners on your laptop. Locate your printer, click on it, and select Manage, then choose Set as default((.
Check Printer Status:
- Right-click on the printer in the Printers & scanners menu and select See what's printing. Make sure there are no stalled print jobs. If there are, cancel them.
Remove and Re-add the Printer:
