The printer is suddenly not recognizing our wifi. It's was connected to the wifi then it suddenly dropped the wifi and won't recognize our wifi. It is seeing all of my neighbors wifi just not ours. The wifi is working because all of our other devices are connected to it. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting printer connectivity issues.
NOTE: The printer only supports connections using 2.4GHz, check if you have set the router bandwidth to 2.4GHz
Meanwhile
Follow these steps to connect the printer again to WiFi
Restore network settings on the printer.
On the printer, select Restore Network Defaults from the Wireless, Settings
, or Restore Settings menu.
Update the printer firmware
Here are the steps:- Click here

Considering I had a wifi connection with the same internet connection I'm sure it's not my wifi that is the problem. And really do you think I didn't try reconnecting to my wifi already? I clearly stated that my wifi suddenly it will not appear in the list of available wifi connections. The printer disconnected itself. I have tried multiple times reconnecting it and as stated in my original post my wifi name is not appearing in the list of available connections. It shows all of my neighbors wifi connections just not mine. The printer was connected to my current wifi connection last week and now it just won't connect. Try giving me a better suggestion? Like something a kindergartener wouldn't know how to do.
