Hi,
I have an HP DeskJet Plus 4123 printer.
Two days ago I changed from ADSL2+ to Broadband and now I can't print (the printer is showing as being 'Offline').
I've worked out that I probably need to change the wifi network and password in the printer but the laptop can't even find the printer (presumably because it's offline and not on the network).
Can someone please help? (...and hopefully not just telling me to go back to the start and set the printer up from scratch again).
Thanks,
G.T.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's reset the network settings:
● Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
Once done, try connecting the Printer to the new Wi-Fi.
Let me know if this helps.

Hi Betty0610,
On the DeskJet Plus 4123, there is a wifi signal button and an 'X' button (which I presume is the cancel button).
I pressed them for 3 seconds and the printer seems to have lost the old wifi signal now (so I suppose that's a good thing).
This is probably going to sound like a stupid question, but how do I now do the next step and 'connect the printer to the new wifi' signal?
I know that's probably a dumb question so I apologise for needing to ask it.
