Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Steps to Print a Network Configuration Page:

Make sure the printer is powered on.

Press and hold the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time.

The printer will print a Network Configuration Page.

Look for the MAC Address on the printed page — it may be listed as "Hardware Address" or "MAC".
