I need to "erase" my current wireless SSID and join a new one. How do I remove the original SSID?

I installed a new wireless network in my home and I need my HP Color Laser Jet to forget the old wireless network SSID and allow me to enter a new one for it to join, but it keeps asking me for a password in order to even get to the setup parameters.  No password that I know of works (certainly not the original network access password).  What password is it looking for so I can get to set up the new network?

To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.

Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
