I have an HP Envy 4507 Printer.  Since I upgraded to Full Fibre Broadband I have not been able to connect the printer  to  the new network.  Can anyone help me please?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Perform the steps from this document and see how it goes. 

 

You may also refer to Troubleshoot a Wi-Fi connection to an HP printer

 

Try updating the firmware. Click here
