I've just had to  separate my 2.4ghz and 5ghz again and it comes up "an unexpected error has occurred " when I sign into the Internet. I've tried everything to no avail.

Try resetting then reconnect

Reset the 2720

  • Disconnect the power cable while the printer is on.
  • Press and hold the power button and cancel button together and plug the power cable simultaneously.
  • Continue to hold for 20 seconds and let go the buttons and allow the printer to initialize
