@FLABOT, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

Since you've recently moved, your HP ENVY 6055e printer likely needs to be reconnected to your new Wi-Fi network. Here’s how you can get it back online using your iOS device:

Option 1: Use the HP Smart App (Recommended)

  1. Download or open the HP Smart app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device.
  3. Turn on your printer and reset the Wi-Fi settings:
    • Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel (X) buttons on the printer for 5 seconds until the Power light blinks.
    • This puts the printer in Wi-Fi setup mode.
  4. In the HP Smart app, tap “+” to add a new printer.
  5. Select your printer from the list and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your new Wi-Fi network.

Option 2: Manual Wi-Fi Setup (if HP Smart doesn’t detect the printer)

  1. On your iOS device, go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the printer’s Wi-Fi Direct network (e.g., HP-Setup-ENVY-6055e).
  2. Open Safari and go to http://192.168.223.1.
  3. Tap Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard, and follow the prompts to connect the printer to your home Wi-Fi.
