Job type: "print the page from anywhere by sending mail"
There have been two methods available to print supported printers by sending email directly to the printer.
1) ePrint - possibly defunct - Select printers - the method has been around for many years but might no longer be available.
2) Print Anywhere -- available on select printers with HP+ enabled or using one of the non-HP+ printers.
What you can do depends on whether any method is supported by your printer model, how the printer is connected, and any dependent services.
Regardless of the method,
The printer must be connected to the Internet using Web Services.

Print Anywhere allows you to send a print job to your printer from anywhere. For more information, go to Print Anywhere with the HP Smart App.
Where to start?
Were it mine to do, I'd start with finding my printer model number -
Next,
Open the printer's website support pages -
Enter the device type and model name of your HP product
Next,
Open Category Setup & User Guides
Open the user manual -
Search for the keywords "email" and "web services" to see what options are available for your printer.
