@speed2223, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.
Here's how you can change the Wi-Fi settings on their HP Envy 6555e All-in-One Printer:
Option 1: Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode (Recommended for New Network Setup)
If the Wi-Fi network has changed (e.g., new router or password), follow these steps to reconnect:
On the printer's touchscreen:
- Tap the Wireless icon or Setup icon.
- Go to Network Setup or Settings.
- Select Restore Network Settings.
- Confirm by tapping Yes.
The Wireless light will start blinking blue. This means the printer is in Wi-Fi setup mode.
Within 2 hours, open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer and follow the prompts to reconnect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.

Option 2: Use the HP Smart App
If the printer is already connected but you want to change the Wi-Fi:
- Download or open the HP Smart app on your device. HP Smart
- Select your printer.
- Go to Printer Settings > Advanced Settings.
- This opens the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
- Navigate to Network > Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to a new Wi-Fi network.
