When I type my printer IP address in my web browser nothing comes up.  Says its a private IP address??

The problem is solved. I had to be on the same modem network in order for the IP address to open on the browser.

What is the current OS installed?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
