Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Linking a different laptop to our printer and cannot get it to work.  I have turned the  printer off, waiting varying amounts of time, checked the wireless connection (fine) even went through the wireless setup wizard (just in case).  my only clue is under Ethernet Details.  it says "IP Address not connected" but I find no app or option to connect the IP to it.  I have been all over the settings and the printer says it is connected.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Update:  The printer works fine with our old desktop computer (MAC)
