Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

My printer was working fine. It is a 9010 series. I have had it for 3 years now and no trouble. All of a sudden it says it isnt connected to IP address. I have done a diagnostic test and it says my printer isnt turned on and it is. I tested my wifi network on it and it says connected. I dont know what to do. I have tried unplugging the printer as well as the router. Help please.
