In the world to live. I’ve been trying to connect my new printer to my Wi-Fi. I have followed all the pointers and Shooting to no avail. I met with sorry we can’t connect you sorry we can’t help and it’s taken me 2 1/2 hours to even get away, I can ask a question here. I’m nearly crying with frustration. I’ve had my printer for three weeks and I connected it to my network and perfect to the app. I have not brought it into my business, and I’ve tried to connect it to Business Wi-Fi, but it’s not playing. My Bluetooth on my phone cannot see it there is no display on the printer , it’s an absolute sham and I desperately need to print some very important documents and that’s why I’m persevering and spending so long on it otherwise I chuck it out the window I just need to know how to connect up can anybody help me please please please?

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).

- May I know which application are you using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was connected to the network or working fine?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
