Product: HP Deskjet 3050A J611
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

IMy internet company sent me a new router.  I have performed every step several times.  I have made progress because my router acknowledges my printer and they share an IP address.  Unfortunately, I am still receiving this error when I run HP diagnostics and trouble shooting:  "Incorrect Wireless Password  --  Solution:  The WPA security pass phrase you configured on your HP Printer does not match the WPA pass phrase used by the wireless router"   How do I configure the printer with the correct WPA pass phrase?   I have performed network test and all results Pass.   Please advise a.s.a.p.

To assist better -

  1. What is the encryption type set on your router?
  2. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
