@SMu17, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're seeing a blinking Information button and your HP DeskJet 2630 is unable to print or connect to the server, even though it's connected to Wi-Fi. Let's walk through some steps to resolve this.

Power Cycle the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  3. Wait for 60 seconds.
  4. Plug it back in and turn the printer on.

Confirm Wi-Fi Connection

Even if the printer shows it's connected, let's verify:

  1. Press the Information (i) button to print a Wireless Network Test Report.
  2. Check the report for signal strength and connection status.
    • If the signal is weak or disconnected, move the printer closer to the router.

Check Web Services

The blinking Information and Web Services lights often indicate an issue with HP ePrint or Web Services.

  1. On the printer control panel, press the Information and Wireless buttons together to print the Network Configuration Page.
  2. Open a browser on your computer and enter the printer’s IP address (found on the page).
  3. This opens the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
  4. Go to the Web Services tab.
  5. If Web Services is enabled, disable it, wait 30 seconds, then re-enable it.

Reinstall Printer Drivers (Optional)

If printing still fails:

  1. Uninstall the printer from your computer.
  2. Download and install the latest drivers from the HP website: Official HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
