I have diligently tried EVERY SINGLE SOLUTION given me by all the troubleshooting articles I've read. I don't use my printer regularly any more (retired). The printer was always able to connect to our wifi with no issues. I've turned all off and back on. I've disconnected power to all devices. I've restarted the router. All articles begin with,"Be sure that the printer and the device are on the same network.) However, since I can't connect the printer to the wifi, I can't get much further. I have a blinking blue wifi signal light. I have two upgrades but cannot do them because the printer has no onscreen capabilities and HP Smart doesn't "SEE" the printer! I was able to print earlier using the HP Direct option. I have since trashed all HP products on my laptop and started fresh. However, it's quite clear the wifi signal works for every other device: 3 phones and a laptop.  Any other suggestions?!?!

Hi @Chartreuse16,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

If you have performed all the steps from the below-mentioned document and still having issues, then the needs to be checked.

Wi-Fi connection to an HP printer

Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change

Hi, Elohi - I also wanted to add that as I don't have wireless connectivity and my printer has no USB port, only an Ethernet connection, I'm unable to update firmware, drivers, etc.
