Trying to purchase $2.99/month ink refills from HP. It took my debit card info then ask for a printer claim number ??? My printer us connected to my wifi but when I press the button I was told to it says cant connect to server. Over an hour trying to figure this out.

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

Restart web services on the printer:
Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.
