Hi there,
Sorry to hear about the trouble! Here are a few steps you can try:
- Restart Devices: Restart your printer, router, and any devices connected to the network.
- Check WiFi Connection: Make sure your printer is within range of the WiFi signal and that the WiFi network is functioning properly.
- Reconnect to WiFi: Go to the printer's settings and reconnect it to your WiFi network. Double-check the password.
- Update Firmware: Ensure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. You can do this through the HP Smart app or the printer’s settings.
- HP Support: If the issue persists, reach out to HP support for further assistance.
