After upgrading to a mesh network (2,4 gHz) the printer connects to the internet but it cannot connect to intstant ink.
all of the troubleshooting ideas online (restarting, factory reset, restaring the iphone, restarting the router etc) have been executed, no help what so ever. The printer is a wireless printer so there is no way of connecting it to the router via Ethernet cable.
will there be an update to fix this very boring issue (printer won’t print correctly because of the pop up instant ink connection troubles) or should we users simply buy other printers? This issue has been stated many many times without a proper response from hp other than custom troubleshooting.
the date and time cannot be changed on hp envy 4520 so this is also ine less cause.
appreciate any feedback
