Hi @Slbowman,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

When your HP DeskJet 2700e won’t connect to Wi-Fi, and you've already tried "everything," the issue is usually resolved by fully resetting and reconfiguring the network settings. Here's the most effective way to start fresh and reconnect:

Step 1: Reset Wi-Fi on the Printer

Let’s put your printer into Wi-Fi Setup Mode:

  1. Make sure the printer is on.
  2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Cancel () button together for 5 seconds.
  3. The Wi-Fi light should start blinking blue — this means it’s ready to connect.

Step 2: Use the HP Smart App to Reconnect

You’ll now need the HP Smart app (HP Smart - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store😞

  1. Open HP Smart and tap “+” Add Printer.
  2. It should find your DeskJet 2700e in setup mode.
  3. Follow the prompts to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.

Make sure your phone or PC is connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band, as the DeskJet 2700e does not support 5GHz networks.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
