I understand you need information regarding the WifI Direct password for Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To answer your question: The Wi-Fi direct password is not as same as the WPS PIN.
- Printers with a control panel menu: Touch the Wi-Fi Direct icon or button
to view the Wi-Fi Direct name and password. Or from the Reports menu, print a Network Summary or Network Config page that lists the details.
