Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended

Hello,

I have been repeatedly experiencing issues with my HP Envy 6120e printer. Very often, even though the printer is connected to Wi-Fi and linked to my laptop, I am unable to print. The error messages vary; currently, it says that the printer is in an “error state.”

I have tried restarting the printer and reconnecting it to Wi-Fi, but nothing seems to help. It is really frustrating, as I have been facing problems almost every time I need to use the printer since I purchased it.

I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue once and for all so that I can use the printer normally.

Thank you a lot.

Katerina
