Product: HP Smart Tank 675 All-in-One

Hello,

 

Off late, i am unable to print using my Hp 670 series over the Wifi. It was workign fine before but wit no other changes made on the printer of the HP Smart Printign App, i am now unable to print.

1. The printer is not getitng detected even using  a USB cable or even using the HP SMart App

2. I am unable to reset the WiFi for the printer or do Factory Reset, though i followed the instrucitions to carry out a factory reset.

3. When i press the i button, it does not light up.

4. Now I am trying to update the printer firmware to see if that helps.

 

Please suggest a way forward
