HP LaserJet M110we Printer

Hi, my LaserJet M110we does not go into sleep mode – even though "save energy with automatic power on/off" is set in HP+, the LEDs do not change color or brightness. Thanks for your help.

Hello @Malina1803 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Please read the manual carefully starting on page 26.

Hello @Andr-1611,

thank you for your suggestion, but unfortunately it was not helpful in my case, since I had already read the manual carefully and had performed all the steps given there without the standby mode being activated. There are no problems with the printer shutdown after 4 hours.

Hello @Malina1803,

I need more info:

  1. Printer is connected to the Internet?
  2. What power settings have been changed?
  3. Which LEDs flash or light up constantly?

Print the "Printer configuration page provides" and upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size at least 200 KB.
But before you must remove or delete the personal data and printer serial number on the printout.

Kind Regards
Andr-1611
