Hello! Help solve problems with sending a letter (scan) by mail. The printer is configured via the EWS server, the parameters are specified correctly (SMTP, SMTP ID, password), since a test message about successful setup is sent by email. It turns out that everything works through the web interface, but it is physically impossible to send it through the panel. The panel shows that the printer is trying to contact the SMTP server, but it is interrupted and the message “Error sending letter” pops up on the panel. Please try sending again." Our email is domain based. The printer is certified and 802.1x enabled. I checked the SMTP server via telnet, the exchange is going through port 25. What could be the reason why it is not possible to send a scan through the printer panel?
