I recently installed Starlink and now my HP Deskjet 3755 will not connect to the Starlink. I've spent hours trying to get it to work. I've done all the usual things like unplug the printer; restart my computer; turned the printer off and then on again.....

Hi @heredoggie,
'
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Network Compatibility
- Ensure your Starlink router operates on a 2.4GHz frequency band. Some HP printers, including the DeskJet 3755, primarily connect over 2.4GHz. Verify that Starlink isn’t exclusively running on 5GHz, as this can cause connectivity issues.
Printer Reset
- Reset your printer’s network settings by holding the Wireless and Cancel buttons simultaneously until the power button flashes. This will reset its Wi-Fi settings.
Reconnect to Network
- Use HP Smart or another installation software to reconnect your printer:
- Download and open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer and connect it to the Starlink network.
Verify Wireless Settings
- Within the HP Smart app or your printer’s embedded web server (EWS), ensure the correct wireless credentials (SSID and password) are entered.
- Manually enter the new network details if needed.
Firmware Update
- Ensure the printer firmware is updated to the latest version. This can be facilitated through HP Smart or directly on the printer’s control panel, if supported.
Reboot Network Hardware
- Power cycle both the printer and the Starlink router by unplugging them, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging them back in. Allow them to fully restart and re-establish network connection.
Connectivity Test
- Print a network configuration page from your printer’s setup menu. Review the network settings and ensure IPs and connections match those provided by Starlink.
I hope this helps.
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍✨
