I don't need repetative services as it will get light use. I would like to print from my mobile devices on occassion too

How do I set up without purchasing a contract?

If you're referring to subscriptions like the Instant Ink plan — yes, you can absolutely print without signing up for any of them. You’ll just need to use genuine HP standard ink cartridges (not Instant Ink ones).

 

Let me know what’s currently preventing you from using the printer. Are you seeing any error messages? That information will help me assist you more effectively.
