Were you able to reset the printer?
If you did then what happened? Does the display respond to you touching it?
There is a second way to reset the 7855 but it is dangerous. What have you tried so far?

If your printer goes to sleep and does not wake up unless you turn off and back on, then you will need to make the network address fixed. This happens on occasion and if it does just ask here at support how to fix it.
