Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed the drivers for my printer (wireless options), but I'm unable to connect the HP-eprint.  My Pc does not connect to the printer.

I was using this printer before with my laptop from work, but I have retired now and I had to switch to my own private pc and having all kind of issues connecting the same printer to my private laptop.   😞

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

Are you getting any error messages?

Hi, thank you for responding.

I got my problem solved, the issue was in the that the Printer, when I  selected to see what's printing and I open the Printer options the USE PRINTER OFFLINE WAS SELECTED, once I changed that the printer started picking up the documents and like magic the problem was solved.
