I have purchased LaserJet 100MFP 175NW in Hong Kong and it was working ok. I'm now in Netherlands and can't get the printer to connect to wifi. I have used the Wireless Protected Setup method, pressed WPS button on modem/router, but printer fails to detect wifi signal. The printer menu has no wifi wizard setup. What could be the issue? Please help, it's frustrating.

Hi @caseyvan,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to connect the printer to the network.
Connect the printer with a temporary USB connection (Mac)
Use HP Utility software, which comes with the full feature HP drivers, to connect the printer to the network by temporarily using a USB cable connection to configure Wi-Fi settings.
-
Connect a USB cable to the USB port on the rear of the printer
and to the computer.
-
Click the Apple icon
, and then click System Preferences.
-
Depending on your operating system version, click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
-
Click the plus icon
, and then click Add Printer or Scanner.
-
Click the name of your printer with USB as the Kind.
-
Select your printer from the Use or Print Using menu, and then click Add.
-
Click your printer name, and then click Options & Supplies > Utility > Open Printer Utility.
-
In HP Utility, click Wireless Setup.
-
Check if your network name displays in the Confirm Wireless Settings window.
-
If your network name displays, click Continue, and then click Done.
-
If your network name does not display, select No, I want to choose another network, click Continue, select your network name and enter the password, click Continue, and then click Done.
If you do not know your network password, go to Find the wireless network password or PIN to connect an HP printer.
-
-
Disconnect the USB cable from the printer and the computer, and then wait for the printer to connect to the network. The wireless light on the control panel turns on solid when the connection completes.
-
In the Printers & Scanners or Print & Scan window, click the name of your printer, and then click the minus icon
to delete the USB installed printer.
-
Click the plus icon, and then click Add Printer or Scanner.
-
Click the name of your printer with Bonjour listed as the Kind, click the Use or Print Using menu, and then select the name of your printer in the pop-up menu.
-
Click Add to complete the setup.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thank you, this method worked. I would like to encourage HP to make its products more user-friendly. Printers should be easier to use than this. HP seems to be run by technicians; more UX-experts should be involved in development of its products.
