LaserJet M283fdw Apps Not Working

Looks to me like it's set up correctly in EWS but the "Turn apps off temporarily" checkbox won't clear.

I uncheck the box, click apply, the page refreshes, and the box is checked again.

I have gone as far as I can with this.  Maybe our printer expert @Repairatrooper might know

If in warranty then you have paid support, let an agent figure it out.

How to contact an HP agent:

Out of warranty. I do appreciate all of your help. It's a minor annoyance in the grand scheme but I still suspect that HP has silently killed this feature on their side.
