Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer shows its connected to the same wifi as my computer but when I do a search using one of the ten thousand HP support things, it shows it can't find it.

Now it's asking for a new WPS PIN and now I can't find out how to get it to do THAT.

This is like doing your taxes, you do one step and then it sends you off to do 2 other things and you're totally lost and still NOTHING WORKS.   I've had this $250 printer for over a year and it connected on it's own when i first got it, with my phone too.  Then I had to reset my router and it won't connect to anything now.  I've spent hours on the phone and online trying to get it to just WORK and it still doesn't.

 Can ANYONE tell me why it's impossible to get a printer to just print????  What am I supposed to do once they're both on the same wifi but won't DO anything?
