HP Recommended

After firmware upgrade to TETONXXXXN002.2247A.00 on HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn our computers lost conection to it and can't be discoverd by HP drivers setup programs. Tried all new drivers install with  Windows firewall ON or Off same with antivirus, did factory reset on printer. Printer can be pinged from all computers, web interface can be accesed.

Thinking of firmware downgrade but im not having any luck finding downgrading options or old firmware on HP support page.
