Hello - I have been using a LaserJet Pro 400 MFP (M425dw) on my home wireless network for years without any issues. I have a BT Smart Hub which is set to single channel (a necessity I believe).
Today I updated the firmware on the printer (Firmware datecode: 20200714) and now I can no longer connect to any networks. Each time I try to connect to a network (I've tried two different networks) I get a message saying that the WPA password is incorrect - it is not, I have checked on other devices.
I have done a factory reset but I am still having the same issue.
Any ideas?
Many thanks in advance.

Hello - I spoke to HP customer service and we tried everything - they were REALLY helpful and it was free despite being years out of warranty. Only thing that worked was rolling back the firmware and disabling future updates. Here is the process:
Rollback Firmware
- Plug printer in via USB and make sure “Share this printer on the network” dialogue is ticked under System Preferences
- copy m425.rfu into desktop folder (they emailed me this file).
- open Terminal window and navigate to desktop folder
- Type “LPR m425.rfu”
- Printer should restart - init screen on control panel should say “PROGRAMMING”
