LaserJet Pro M12w
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi,

I am having a lot of trouble trying to print pages in direct wireless printing (via wifi network) on my LaserJet Pro M12w printer.

The printer is able to print basic pages as intended but the "recto verso" option (two-sided) doesn't work : the first sides (verso) are printed but there is not any message and info about how to get the second sides printed (recto).

On Windows, I am  used to get a message tell me how to proceed between the two steps (how to place the pages in the printer) and check a button to launch the next printing session.

On Mac, there is not any information...

Can you please help me about this, as I am looking for using this printer on my MacBook Pro, and I am sure there is a way to make it work properly like on Windows. This is just a printer...

I have already followed those steps but it doesn’t work with the LaserJet Pro M12w.

I am not the only one concerned if you look at the other posts…
