Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended
LaserJet Pro M12w
Product: HP LaserJet Pro M12w
Operating System: macOS 14.6 Sonoma

I changed my internet provider and box, thus my wifi network also changed.

I am trying to connect my LaserJetPro m12w to the new wifi network, but the HTML configuration tool (that I access through USB) gives me an error page every time I try to update the wireless authentication.

I tried to reset the printer settings, hoping it would open an "HP-Setup-..." wifi network for configuration as promised by the HP Smart App, but I can't make it appear, blue light blinking or not, holding the wifi or both buttons for minutes or even rebooting the printer holding the two buttons or whatever choreography possible.

It does NOT have an LED screen. Is there any way to connect it to WiFi without a WPS button on the router? All the answers I've found require the LED screen (which I don't have), or a WPS button on  a router (which I don't have). I have also tried using my iPhone hotspot with no success.

I've spent days scouring the internet. If it isn't possible, please someone just say "can't be done".

Thanks.
