Seems like it should be a really simple task, reconnect with my printer and change the wifi to a new wifi. Not seemingly so. And let me say, HP support is as helpful as a damp blanket on a computer.
I have tried resetting to factory settings (saw in another thread), did not work I've found the direct access password and connected that way, which was a success, however, still couldn't change the wifi
I've tried the various reset instructions the support person provided, however, the trouble is I never get the HP Setup wifi connect option again, only the direct.
I have no idea why this simple task has to be so complicated, if someone knows the trick, please let me know! I'll happily do a how to video to pay it forward and hopefully help some poor soul NOT feel the frustration I'm feeling towards this printer.
