@PSSW, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you would like to connect the printer to the wireless network.
You may use the WPS button to connect the printer. Restart the router and the printer.
Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
- Make sure the printer and the Mac are connected to the same wireless network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
You may also refer to - HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network) and HP printer setup (HP Smart app)
Use the HP Smart app to print.
To know how to perform a factory reset on the printer, kindly refer to page 74 of the User guide.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your help. I finally get it work. Here is the right steps to take:
1. Split the 5g and 2.4 g network and name them differently
2. Connect the printer to computer using network cable and restore to factory settings according the instruction that you gave me
3. The printer will be restarted and the SSID name is reset to null. Now it is ready to reconnect to the new 2.4g network.
