Product: HP LaserJet Pro M402dne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the LaserJet Pro M402dne setup in our office and I have installed the latest firmware and software from the website. Unfortunately I can detect the printer when it is connected to my laptop through USB. I can ping the IP address of the printer but cannot detect the printer by my laptop or my colleagues PC, I try HP Smart to find that printer through the IP but when I click the icon to add it shows the printer is off although it is on and functioning.
