My LaserJet 200 color M251nw disconnected at some point from my wifi network (Fios). It will not re-connect. I have tried WPS, the Wizard, and manual. No connection. It DOES see all the wifi networks around (mine and my neighbors), so there IS functionality. I have tried hard reset (right arrow + cancel button while cycling power), but that doesn't work, either. The printer also connects well with USB. I tried HP Print & Scan Doctor 5.4 and it was unable to connect.
This literally just worked 2 days ago and now I can't get it to connect.

I have done some extensive sleuthing myself. Yes, I have restarted everything, multiple times. Yes, my printer DOES see my wifi network and yes, the blue light is flashing on the screen. It even asks for my security passphrase, but it does NOT handshake with the router. The printer also was working quite well up until 2 weeks ago and my ISP did its upgrade to my dual-band router early this year, so it shouldn't have anything to do with 2.4GHz vs 5GHz operation. The first FAIL on the wireless test page is Security, so that also indicates that the passphrase is not being transmitted to the router (I know I'm using the correct passphrase because I have 3 computers using this router right now.
My conclusion is now that the XMIT function in the wifi chip is faulty or non-working and I am looking for a HP Service Center nearby to get it swapped out. Hopefully it is just a daughterboard and can be swapped at will. If it costs too much to fix, I may have to purchase a new printer, all for loss of a chip function.

@kreed117, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
What happens when you select the network name on the printer screen?
Do you get any errors?
Is the blue wireless light blinking or steady?
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings
Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
- Print a wireless test page from the printer setup > tools, to check the wireless details and confirm.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
