Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This hard working printer has been wonderful to me.  About a year ago, it stopped working via wifi and I ended up just plugging it in via USB.  A couple days ago, I had time and thought that if I uninstalled the print driver and reinstalled it, I might be able to get the printer to use wifi.  So I uninstalled the print driver and downloaded the driver from the HP site.  When I run the EXE program, I get a message "Can not delete output file".  My only options are to X out or hit OK. Either way, that ends everything and the driver is not installed.  Now I have NO way to print. Eeeek!

I have read the community boards.  I have checked that the driver is deleted/uninstalled in Apps, Devices and a couple other places - it is all gone from all places.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Manually launch the installation using the below executable path and then follow the installation screen:

C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
