I am subscribed to the instant Ink and somehow my printer is off-line and showing that I cannot use the cartridges that are installed starting this evening, although I was printing perfectly fine for many days until today. I cannot access any menu choices on the touch so because all I can see is the error message about the cartridges not usable until I’m subscribed, but I am already subscribed. I cannot go any further on the touchscreen menus to check the Wi-Fi connection. I’m obviously not online because I see from my HP account that the printer is not connected to the Internet. I have hit a complete roadblock.
