New HP LaserJet M110w won't print.  All lights are correct. Connected to Internet. Cannot figure out how to make it print. Please help.

If your new HP LaserJet M110w isn't printing despite all lights being correct and it being connected to the internet, here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue.

 

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure the printer is set as the default printer on your computer. You can check this in the "Devices and Printers" section on Windows or "Printers & Scanners" in macOS.

Update or Reinstall Drivers:

  • Download and install the latest drivers for the HP LaserJet M110w from the HP website. Sometimes, the drivers included with the printer or operating system may be outdated.

Check Print Queue:

  • Open the print queue on your computer and check if there are any documents stuck in the queue. Clear any documents and try printing again.

Reset Network Connection:
